Ubuntu Builder in Gambas 2 EOL

End of life for the gambas 2 version of Ubuntu Builder. From the next main release (scheduled for may 2014) ubuntu builder will be released only in gambas 3. The 2.5 series is the last with the support for the 12.04 Precise Pangolin and it will be supported only for bug fixes.
