So to clarify...

The issue is that the /usr/share/applications/ubuntusdk.desktop does not list the application/x-qmlproject and neither the pplication/x-cordovaproject as associated mime types to the Ubuntu SDK. Is that right?

Claiming this bug as it is more related to the Ubuntu SDK than to the Cordova plugin of the QtC.

Alos please paste the output of the 'dpkg -l|grep cordova'.
