* Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
- Remove build dependency on python-bottle (universe).
- debian/patches/lp1063350.patch: Reset the float context after
closing the curl object.
- Drop libssh2-1-dev from Build-Depends, as it is not in main, and is
not needed since in Ubuntu, curl-config --static-libs doesn't return
-lssh2.
* Split out a python-pycurl-doc package, to avoid a dependency in
python3-pycurl on python-pycurl.
* Fix package descriptions and suggestions.
