Can you edit the source code for yourself?

Open the file:
sudo gedit /usr/share/ubuntu-tweak/common/settings.py

Remove the line 51:
        self.__client.add_dir(self.dir, gconf.CLIENT_PRELOAD_NONE)

Then try again.
