Comment 1 for bug 133262

This stays 100% when using the brigtness buttons even though the meter goes down. But will never go down below about 20%. When i open the power managment preferences it changes however it goes back to 100% when i close PMP.

I can fix this sometimes by unplugging and plugging back in the power a few times when pushing brightness down buttons.
