Soyuz mangles the binary packages automatically, but doesn't mangle the source package. As a result, we have a number of source packages that are unmangled, some of which are carrying the unmangling across merges, etc. For packages we take into maintainance, we should really be setting this field, so it shows correctly in various source-based reports on modified packages. Martin Pitt has already uploaded 90% of the missing cases during the fesity and gutsy cycles, so this is just final cleanup.
