Hello ...
well the problem might be a usb to connector pin converter by microsoft
that I had to use because of the belkin monitor switcher so I tired it with out the
convertor and the belkin switch and it still seemed to be having trouble
so I pulled all my usb devices out of their ports and only used the mouse
usb and rebooted into recovery mode and it gave me a command line
so I rebooted into the login window and now it works.
It may thus be a bad connection or the usb to pin converter.

anywho
does the belkin switch with built in cables maybe need a updated or different driver?

Im not using it at the moment and will try again.
