By design? Obviously I'm missing something, since I can't see a scenario where you'd want to clear your routes after sleeping. ;)

In any case, after removing network-manager from my system, I'm not longer seeing this problem. Is it possible that installing network manager can trigger this issue, or that network manager has its own issue with sleeping?
