PoC: read (EC)DHE parameters from SSLCertificateFile (applies to trunk and 2.4.x)

For trunk, this issue has been addressed with r1527295 (with updated documentation under https://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/mod/mod_ssl.html#sslcertificatefile). A backport proposal for 2.4.x will likely follow.
