Yes, I am using the latest Ubuntu 13.10 that includes the 2.4.6 version.

root@gorilla:~# apache2ctl -v
Server version: Apache/2.4.6 (Ubuntu)
Server built: Aug 9 2013 14:31:04
root@gorilla:~# cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=13.10
DISTRIB_CODENAME=saucy
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 13.10"

I will file a bug report w/ Ubuntu referencing this.
