Comment 72 for bug 767498

I don't quite understand comment 68 & 70, are you saying we can ignore the "Job failed to start" in the upgrade of 1.20.1-0ubuntu5.1 which was rolled out today?

Because I'm getting this on an apt-get upgrade:

And in syslog:
