apt-offline (1.8.0) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New Major Release. Port to Python 3 and Py3Qt5
  * Update manapge to make the sequence of execution more obvious.
    Thanks to Sylvain Pelissier
  * Add python-debianbts to Recommends
  * Close MIME file handle and conserve precious memory
  * Point Vcs fields back to Alioth. Lots of debian tools use these
    fields and thus it is better to keep it within the Debian
    infrastructure
  * Update Homepage feild to Github
  * Add mailmap file to map old email addresses to correct new ones.
    Thanks to Paul Wise
  * Bump version to 1.8.0
  * Switch dependencies to Python 3
