Bug Description

Binary package hint: asoundconf-gtk

when i launch asoundconf-gtk on terminal, it show :

$ asoundconf-gtk
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/asoundconf-gtk", line 162, in <module>
    aconf = asoundconf_gtk()
  File "/usr/bin/asoundconf-gtk", line 138, in __init__
    cb_set_active_text(self.combo, get_default_card())
  File "/usr/bin/asoundconf-gtk", line 92, in get_default_card
    value = string.strip(value_raw[0])
IndexError: list index out of range

and quit

It is maybe because ubuntu feisty have uptated to python 2.5

For now, could you post the complete output from `cat ~/.asoundrc*`

I haven't any ~/.asoundrc and if I create one empty I have the same bug
I use version 1.5-1ubuntu5

Thank you Toby, the new version and removing old .asoundrc, .asoundrc.asoundconf did the trick :)
