Also see bug 313 comment 1. Import of any formats (even non-FFmpeg) is
generally flaky after applying the patch in comment 10 here. WMA imports will
always
segfault, but so will WAV, MP3 and FLAC imports (most, but not all of the
time). I have to suspect this patch in comment 10, because:
* If I use the 1.3.12 Ubuntu-distributed Audacity, which is using the same
Ubuntu-distributed FFmpeg as my HEAD version, I can import WAV and MP3 reliably
without segfaults;
* Having used 1.3.12, this disables FFmpeg in HEAD, after which the problem
with WAV and other non-FFmpeg imports goes away.
