* QA upload.
* debian/control:
- Bumped Standards-Version 4.1.4.
- Changed Priority to optional because extra priority is deprecated
since the policy 4.0.1.
- Updated Vcs-Svn and Vcs-Browser fields to use https.
- Updated the DH level to 11.
- Removed the autotools-dev and dh-autoreconf of Build-Depends
because is unnecessary since the DH level 11.
