  * Pulled in some fixes from upstream for rdiff.helper ninjahelper:
    . fixed errors in create remote dir
    . code formatting cleanup (three spaces indent)
    . fixed bug which caused only first include/exclude dir to
      have "include = "
    . fixed globbing bug with exclude
