bigloo (2.8c-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * Like had aleady been done in the past, make the jvm-test non-fatal to
    the build.  Even if there is a bug in the jvm backend (on hppa and
    arm), it is better to have a bug in that backend on those archs than
    no bigloo at all in etch.
