Thanks for taking the time to file this bug.

Your /etc/bind/named.conf.options file is invalid. The syslog shows:

Sep 10 12:21:24 Linux-zmtn named[4796]: loading configuration from '/etc/bind/named.conf'
Sep 10 12:21:24 Linux-zmtn named[4796]: /etc/bind/named.conf.options:12: '}' expected near '"'
Sep 10 12:21:24 Linux-zmtn named[4796]: loading configuration: unexpected token

Did you mean for line 12 to start with 'zone " ?
