I can confirm that this occurs. Devices need to be switched from hid->hci mode again after suspend.

The question is whether this fix should land in pm-utils and checking for hid2hci to be available, or if we should only include it in bluez package, but hte pm-utils /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d directory.
