  * Re-enable build dependencies for a full post-bootstrap build.
  * Do not re-enable dh-sequence-gnome build dependency, it doesn't do
    anything useful on a package which ships no .la files, .po files, or
    .svg files, and which doesn't reference gnome substvars in
    debian/control.
