* [debian/patches/03_Makefile.diff] Add a fix to harden the `hbf2gf'
and `*conv' binaries, in particular to have "read-only reolcations"
while compiling with GCC. I use `dpkg-buildflags' instead of hard
configuration in the Makefile.
