* this is most probably going to be the last shell-script based version
of clamav-getfiles. Brace for clamav-getfiles 1.9, which is a
rewrite in perl, based on Hilko's new "Debian::Package::Make".

directory does not cause the build to fail.

* This is most likely the last release of clamav-getfiles using the
shell script approach. A rewrite using Hilko Bengen's
libdebian-package-make-perl will happen RSN
* sigtool in current etch, etch-volatile, lenny and sid now outputs
a sane date string, allowing the output to be directly passed to date.
Remove the corresponding sed magic which has started barfing recently.
* remove DH_COMPAT settings from debian/rules
* set 5 to debian/compat (be nice to backports)
* build-depend on debhelper >= 5
* move package build to binary-indep debian/rules target
