cmake-mozilla (3.27.9-0ubuntu1~20.04) focal; urgency=medium

  * Backport 3.27.9 to Focal.
  * Disable Sphinx documentation generation.
  * Use vendored libuv rather than the outdated distro version.
  * Fix the Lintian overrides so that it will suppress the correct
    errors and warnings.
  * Refresh patches from the previous backport.
    - Add a patch to disable GCOV tests since the GCC is too old.

  * Backport to bionic as "cmake-mozilla".
  * Do not build cmake-doc, cmake-curses-gui, cmake-qt-gui packages.
  * Use the bundled libarchive rather than too-old distro one.
  * Relax debhelper requirement.
  * Disable pax-zstd test.
