  * New upstream release.
  * Switch to cdbs.
  * csh.c, csh.h, debian/preinst: Remove potato compatibility code.
  * debian/postinst: Invoke add-shell unconditionally, to handle the case
    where the package is re-installed after being removed.
  * Conforms to Standards version 3.7.2.
