I have attached the cupsd.conf. Curiously, it contains a "Browsing Off" setting -- could that be the problem? If so, I wonder why I was able to view the list before...

Also, I am able to view and browse the web interface, show printer statuses, jobs, etc. I get a 403 error trying to access the admin section -- that was to be expected though.

FYI: For now, I have worked around the problem by manually adding the remote printer queue.
