Can everyone with problems please run the following shell commands:

lsmod | grep usblp
ls -l /dev/usb/lp*
ls -l /dev/bus/usb/*/*
lsusb
/usr/lib/cups/backend/usb
/usr/lib/cups/backend/hp
lpinfo -v
lpstat -v
lsusb -vvv
