  * QA upload.
  * debian/control: added 'Rules-Requires-Root: no' to source stanza.
  * debian/dbtoepub.docs: renamed to docs.
  * debian/dbtoepub.install: renamed to install.
  * debian/dbtoepub.manpages: renamed to manpages.
  * debian/examples/test.xml: moved to debian/ to be installed as example
    and, consequently, removed directory 'd/examples/'.
  * debian/examples: created to install file d/test.xml.
  * debian/patches/514030_debianize_dbtoepub.patch: added 'Last-Update' field.
  * debian/rules: removed '--parallel' because it is default since DH 10.
  * debian/tests/control: created to provide some CI tests.
  * debian/upstream/metadata: created.
  * debian/watch:
      - Bumped to version 4.
      - Changed the source to use secure URI.
