  [ Debian Janitor ]
  * Remove version constraints unnecessary since buster (oldstable)

  [ Simon McVittie ]
  * Build/test-depend on dbus-daemon instead of dbus.
    We need dbus-run-session, not a full D-Bus system bus.
  * d/upstream/metadata: Update Gitlab URLs
  * Update standards version to 4.6.1 (no changes needed)
  * Remove unnecessary Lintian override now that #970275 was fixed
  * Bump debhelper compat level from 12 to recommended 13
    - debian/rules: Drop --fail-missing argument to dh_missing, which
      is now the default.
