  [ Debian Janitor ]
  * Remove 1 obsolete maintscript entry
  * Bump debhelper from old 12 to 13. + debian/rules:
    - Drop --fail-missing argument to dh_missing, which is now the default
  * Add upstream metadata file
  * Update standards version to 4.6.0, no changes needed
  * Avoid explicitly specifying -Wl,--as-needed linker flag

  * Build-Depend on dh-sequence-gnome instead of gnome-pkg-tools
  * Update debian/watch & debian/gbp.conf for team style
  * debian/rules: Don't ignore test failures but increase the timeout
    multiplier
