AFAIK it is not a duplicate:
- all comments until comment 19 (2008-06-30) are related to a "fresh" install on a low memory system.
- but comments posted after 2008-07-16 (FactTech) are related to a Gutsy-Hardy upgrade.
All the "me-too" reports related to an upgrade (after 2008-07-16) should be attached to bug #249340.
