Ok, this is desktopcouch not updating the keyring tokens. Can you please, on a terminal, after having quit evolution:

$ killall -9 e-addressbook-factory
$ /usr/lib/desktopcouch/desktopcouch-stop
$ rm ~/.config/desktop-couch/desktop-couchdb.ini

then, restart evolution and try to access the U1 addressbook. Does it work?
