Since the 2.1 alpha 2, DeVeDe needs vcdimager software to start.

Hi! For this to go into feisty, you'll need to adjust your debdiff to mention "feisty" instead of "edgy" on the version line. If you want to do an edgy update, you'll have to go through a full SRU cycle.

This has been fixed in the latest version in feisty. Should the bug be closed or should a backport be requested to edgy?

Hi, I recently installed DeVeDe on Edgy and also had to explicitly install the following packages apart from vcdimager:

python-gtk2
python-galde2
