Change log for dlocate package in Ubuntu

dlocate (1.13) unstable; urgency=medium

  * QA upload.
  * Add debian/gbp.conf for pristine-tar and branch-names.
  * Remove .gitignore.
  * Switch to debhelper-compat (= 13).
  * Fix permissions of /usr/share/dlocate/spcrc-*.
  * Add Vcs-Git/Vcs-Browser.
  * Switch debian/rules to dh (with disabled dh_auto_test, which did not

  * Delete some trailing whitespaces from debian/changelog.

  * update-dlocatedb now uses /usr/share/dlocate/update-dpkg-list
  * update-dpkg-list outputs details for all known packages, not just installed packages
  * Minor packaging fixes to keep lintian happy

  * optimisation for '-S' and 'DEFAULT' commands.  run locate once
    only with multiple filenames on the command line.  significantly
    faster when searching for multiple filenames.  slighly slower
    when searching for only one filename.
  * the optimisation also means that $result is the exit-code of
    all searches combined, rather than just the exit-code of the
    last search to be run.
  * this also fixes the "double-vision" symption reported in bug#354644
    i'll close this bug for now, but may reopen it if it turns out

    just directories.  also follows symlinks.
