eagle 5.11.0-3ubuntu1 source package in Ubuntu

Changelog

eagle (5.11.0-3ubuntu1) oneiric; urgency=low

  * Mark eagle-data Multi-Arch: foreign, and drop amd64 from the architecture
list since we can just install the i386 package instead of using
    ia32-libs.
