Anders Kaseorg found a regression in the upstream release, and I've uploaded a new PPA build to address.

emacs23 (23.2+1-4ubuntu1~ppa3) maverick; urgency=low

 * debian/patches:
   - fix-decimal-point-in-font-size.diff: Fix failure to start when
     decimal point is present in font size.
