Thanks for quick test. Your test results say that Firefox has no relation.
When Tb 2.0.0.0(en-US version, Japanese MS Win-XP SP2) and new profile and default encoding of compose=iso-8859-1, Tb issued warning as expected in this test case.
Mac OS X only problem? Or PPC Mac OS X only problem?
Or problem when locale=unicode? (If so, may occur on Win/Linux of locale=unicode too.)
