If I open only pages without flash, epiphany closes OK and no process remains. Once I open something with flash content, closing any further ephy tab or window (even without flash) produces something like this ...

... and of course there is remaining ephy process even after closing all windows.

I'm willing to produce some more debug information, just tell me what exactly you need.
