  * debian/copyright: Use HTTPS transport protocol for Format URL
  * Use HTTPS transport protocol for Bug-Debian URL in patches
  * Declare compliance with Debian policy 3.9.8
  * Bump Debhelper compat level to 10.
    Adjust versioned Build-Depends on debhelper to (>= 10).
    Drop use of --with autoreconf in debian/rules, since with Debhelper
    compat level 10 the autoreconf sequence is enabled by default.
  * Drop Build-Depends on dh-autoreconf
  * debian/rules: Build enabling all hardening flags

esmtp: user configurable relay-only MTA

 ESMTP is a user configurable relay-only Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) with a
 sendmail-compatible syntax. It's based on libESMTP supporting the AUTH
 (including the CRAM-MD5 and NTLM SASL mechanisms) and the StartTLS SMTP
 extensions.
