Is this bug a duplicate of https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/4472 ?

Even with SA installed, spam filtering will not work. Both bugs are solved by the bogofilter plugin. (need to check a fresh installation to see if it is installed)
