Comment 3 for bug 152127

I have -- as instructed -- installed the package and started Evolution under gdb.
However ... the crashes do no longer occur anymore. Also my preferences screen pops up normally as it used to.
I am not sure but maybe an upgrade this weekend has solved the issue.
