I would have expected the google-account-setup plugin to show up in the plugin manager. As far as I can tell the google-account-setup plugin is not shipped with the deb at all, unless I'm missing something.

You seems to be looking for google-account-setup in evolution.install but the plugin is actually called org-gnome-evolution-google when it is installed.

I might be totally wrong though.
