fenics-dolfinx (1:0.7.3-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * add debian patch test_timing_precision.patch to allow for more
    uncertainty in timing resolution. Degradation of resolution might
    have been introduced by boost 1.83. See upstream Issue #2946.
  * dolfinx 0.7 supports PETSc 3.19. Closes: #1042003.
