I confirm this bug. I am getting file-roller stalled with error "Incorrect command line" when I tried to make 7z-archives from files in the folder named like this - "text text 123". I am thinking, those spaces between words make such effect. It is concerned to Russian file names and English too. In console everything goes fine, all spaces there in console are prefixing with \ (backslash) as usual.
