Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Preferences, Advanced, Proxies
2. Select "Automatic Proxy Configuration URL"
3. Enter a URL to a valid PAC file
4. Click OK
5. Browse a website (particularly one with many offsite adds/images)
Actual Results:
DNS resolution causes the UI to hang
Expected Results:
DNS resolution should not cause the UI to hang (it doesn't when using either
"Direct connection to the Internet" or "Manual Proxy Configuration")
