Comment 31 for bug 114441

We need a spec that goes beyond the w3c proposal. We should spec everything
as much as possible, but we probably want to implement in phases. Some thoughts
in no particular order:
  - exporting (or copying&pasting) to plain text w/ and w/out <rp>
    - when no <rp>, how do we determine how to "parentesize"? should it
      be locale (xml:lang=xx) sensitive? and directional (horiz v. vert)
      sensitive?
  - editor support (if any)
  - ruby positioning support. See http://www.w3.org/TR/ruby/#positioning
  - font size algorithm (minimal size or something to keep it readable?)
  - default style sheet
  - backwards compatibility? See http://www.w3.org/TR/ruby/#compatibility
  - "CSS3 module: Ruby" (http://www.w3.org/TR/ruby/) support?
     - still a working draft, but could be a ton of work to implement
