I don't think it would be "enough". Because this takes away a lot of the ruby
feature. And your example isn't quite the same like the one above: where would
you put (and how?) "Expiration Date"? You can't make it span 3 ruby elements.

As mentioned already, supporting ruby should not be that hard since it is
working like mathML is working. And if we support simple ruby, then I guess it
would be silly to not support the complex one as well.
