If this really is fixed in Firefox 22 (released for Ubuntu 13.04 on 26th June 2013) or Firefox 23 we should mark this bug as "Fix Released". Does anyone object?

Also relevant is that Firefox 28 is now available in Ubuntu and it has support for HTML5 video and audio volume control.
