Benc (or timeless), please file a new bug for "[RFE] Need network errors to go
to non-blocking list or display". This is a bug, so it shouldn't be turned
into an RFE to create a mode where the original bug wouldn't happen. This bug
also covers alerts as well as networking errors, and alerts can't just be
tossed into a console to be viewed later, at least not by default.
