Comment 86 for bug 14576

On my system, two bugs interacted to cause my webmail-sending problem yesterday.
One was the "domain name mismatch" security warning resulting from trying to use
security on POP mail, and the other was this one, which is that some dialog
boxes stop other mozilla traffic. The question of what's done with the focus
might be yet another bug. Would it be better to have a dialog box signal its
presence by blinking the taskbar entry instead of changing the focus?

The most important issue of these is that a dialog in one window not stop
traffic in other windows. It can't be assumed that a user is always at the
keyboard responding to dialog boxes.
