Comment 91 for bug 14576

Another way to reproduce this:
Open two Browser Windows. Open a page in one window. Open up the save dialog in
that window. Go to the other window and try to open an url there. The page will
only show up, after you close the save dialog in the other window.

All other modal dialogs (File open, print setup, options) seem not to have any
effect. So what's so special about the save dialog that it needs to block other
dialogs and network transfer that way?
